Project Overview
In response to the escalating humanitarian crisis in Sudan, we are launching an Emergency Medical Supply Relief Project to support civilians affected by the ongoing conflict—particularly those in critical need of healthcare in regions such as Port Sudan. The destruction of hospitals and medical facilities has severely worsened the health emergency, leaving thousands without access to essential medical care.
This project aims to deliver vital medical equipment and supplies to frontline healthcare workers, ensuring they have the tools required to save lives and treat the wounded.
Project Objective
To collect, prepare, and transport essential medical equipment to conflict-affected regions of Sudan, strengthening the capacity of local healthcare providers and ensuring immediate support for vulnerable populations.
Requested Medical Supplies
We are seeking donations of urgently needed medical items, including:
Surgical instruments and operating room equipment
X-ray machines and medical imaging devices
Health monitoring systems: vital signs monitors, ECG machines, oxygen saturation monitors
Hospital beds, stretchers, and patient transport equipment
Medical waste management and disposal kits
Implementation Plan
This humanitarian effort is organized by the Humanitarian Association for Sudan. The project includes:
1. Collection & Coordination
We are gathering medical supplies and equipment from partners, donors, and supporters.
Donors are encouraged to contact us in advance to confirm the suitability of items and ensure alignment with current medical needs.
2. Sorting & Preparation
All donated materials will be thoroughly inspected, categorized, and safely prepared for international shipment.
3. Shipment to Sudan
Supplies will be transported via maritime freight to Port Sudan, where trusted local partners and medical teams will receive and distribute them.
4. Distribution to Health Facilities
Through collaboration with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and Sudanese volunteer networks, materials will be delivered directly to healthcare providers in the most affected regions.
